Returns Policy

BUDDHIST ART CENTRE WILL EXAMINE EVERY PRODUCT BEFORE DELIVERY.
BUDDHIST ART CENTRE WILL ENSURE TO DELIVER THE RIGHT PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS, BUT WE’RE NOT PERFECT AND SOMETIMES THINGS CAN GO WRONG.
RETURN
Customer can request for return for the following
- Receive wrong product
- The packaging has damaged upon arrival, or the product is damage upon arrival.
Take picture immediately on the damaged packaging and broken product in order to help determine whether package was improperly handled or damaged in transit.
Buddhist Art Centre will replace the damage product with a new one. If the product is out of stock, will need to wait for backorder or customer may choose for refund.
Customer may need to return the damaged product to receive a return or refund.
Refund
It may take 3 to 5 business day for refund to be processed depend on payment method.
No refund items
All incenses are non-returnable and refundable.
